The United Counties of Prescott and Russell are seeking a Successful Bidder to perform the construction of the Castor Street and Wade/Eadie Road intersection improvements in the Russell Township, as specified in this Bid Request document. The project consists of widening Castor Street to add two left-turn lanes, one at the west approach and the other at the east approach. The addition of a traffic signal at the intersection of Castor Street and Wade/Eadie Road will also be included in the scope of this project. |
