The United Counties of Prescott and Russell are seeking a Successful Bidder to perform: A relocation of 146 residents to a newly constructed, modern facility within the next 6 months (exact date to be confirmed). We are seeking formal proposals from qualified transportation service providers to deliver accessible, safe, and medically appropriate resident transfers during this major relocation. The transfer is expected to occur over two consecutive days, with the possibility of a limited number of non‑urgent ambulance transports for residents with higher clinical needs.
