The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR), in partnership with the Township of Russell, are seeking the services of a qualified consulting engineering firm to provide detailed engineering design and contract administration services for the conversion of two existing stop-controlled intersections to signalized intersections, including associated roadway improvements, at the intersections of Concession Street and Castor Street, and Concession Street and Craig Street, within the Township of Russell.
