The Prescott & Russell Residence is a municipal long-term care home located in Hawkesbury, Ontario that is administered by the Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR). The Residence, which was constructed in the 1970’s, provides high quality care and services to the residents and communities it serves. The Residence has a total of 147 licensed beds which must be redeveloped by 2025 through Enhanced Long-Term Care Renewal Program. Under the Aging with Confidence: Ontario’s Action Plan for Seniors program, the United Counties submitted an application to and received approval from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) for an additional 78 beds. The Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to provide furniture, furnishings and equipment for the new and redeveloped Residence. |
