The United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) invites qualified consulting firms (“Proponents”) to submit their qualifications to undertake a Comprehensive Fire Services Study respecting the potential design, governance, service levels, cost implications, transition considerations, and long-term impacts of a re-imagined fire service model for the entire UCPR area as specified in this Bid Request document.
