The Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott-Russell, as the Service Manager, is responsible for managing Social Services which are comprised of Housing Services, Ontario Works and Early Years Services. As service manager, the Corporation is required to develop a system plan that sets a long-term strategy for the next ten years, with a focus on the initial five. The Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell are seeking a Successful Bidder to support the development of a plan that will cover centre-based and home-based child care, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, special needs resourcing, and fee subsidy programming. It will also identify opportunities for integration with other community and social services – including affordable housing and employment.
